Those of you who have blessed me by honoring the place where my tweets meet your stream have probably seen a post or two about #epictempeh and yet might not know exactly what that is. Maybe you don’t know what tempeh is. To be honest witchall I’m not totally clear on it myself. I do know that it is alive. Fermented that is. I also know that it is delicious, especially when covered in sauces, cheeses, and tasty breads. That is, of course, what is happening THIS SUNDAY from 2pm to 6pm at the Asheville Music Hall.
