Well, let’s start with the arrogance of having a blog, shall we? Arrogance, egocentrism, narcissism, whatever you want to call it, that’s what I’ve got. While Abigail very responsibly took ornaments, including some that are very precious to me, off of the Christmas tree, I constructed this little homage to myself here on the internet. What a goober.
The thing is that, through my work as a fundraiser and communications type of person, I’ve discovered that there are those stories you can tell with 140 characters or less, those you can cover with a few sentences, and the ones that take a couple of paragraphs or more. The arrogance, of course, comes in when I start to think that anyone really cares about these stories. You may or may not. I don’t know. But I would like to tell them, or at least record them, so I’ll be doing that here.
